About Course

Have you ever wanted to find out a little more about chakras? This online course provides you with a high level introduction to self-care and Chakras.

It introduces you to Chakras and:

  • What are they?
  • Where are they located?
  • What can happen if they are not in balance.
  • What main organs/systems are influenced by each Chakra.
  • How can we assess if they are out of balance?
  • What can we do to re-balance them – there are many suggestions covered.

There are a few simple exercises to do for the above.

There is a chakra balancing exercise with crystals. There are suggestions on the use of certain essential oils for calming emotions and also the bottom 3 Chakras.

The course includes as chakra balancing meditation.

This course is aimed at beginners, who wish to understand little more about Chakras, and how they impact your wellbeing and simple things you can do to help balance them.  However, it can also be useful for existing therapists, who may wish to learn more about Chakras, as this was not in their training, and they can earn CPD points for following this course.
